Continuing their winning streak, Rajasthan Royals became the first team to book a semi-final spot after beating Kolkata Knight Riders by six wickets in an Indian Premier League match at Eden Garden on Tuesday night.Chasing 148, Rajasthan were in trouble as they losed 4 important wickets with 69 runs on the board. He hammered 48 runs off just 18 balls and shared unbeaten 81-run stand with Mohammad Kaif, took them to victory with 21 balls to spare.
The defeat leaves Kolkata nearly out of the running in the race for semi-final spots, and they will now have to win their remaining two matches and hope other results go their favour.
