IPL: Rajasthan Royal beat Knight Riders by six wickets, book semi-final berth

Continuing their winning streak, Rajasthan Royals became the first team to book a semi-final spot after beating Kolkata Knight Riders by six wickets in an Indian Premier League match at Eden Garden on Tuesday night.

Chasing 148, Rajasthan were in trouble as they losed 4 important wickets with 69 runs on the board. However yousuf Pathan launch counter attack to finish the match in style. He hammered 48 runs off just 18 balls and shared unbeaten 81-run stand with Mohammad Kaif, took them to victory with 21 balls to spare.

The defeat leaves Kolkata nearly out of the running in the race for semi-final spots, and they will now have to win their remaining two matches and hope other results go their favour.
